Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in original packaging.

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchases to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only a partical refund is granted (Where applicable)

  • Any item that is not in is original condition, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Refunds (If applicable)


Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds 


If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officilly posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, the sale items are not refundable.



Exchanges

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item send us an email to info@bikiniaddict.co.uk


Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have recieved the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item has not been identified as a gift at the time of puchase, or if the gift giver preferred to first receive the item for you, we will send a refund to the gift giver.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the reurn costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receieve your exchanged product may vary.
